施他宁治疗肝硬化上消化道出血36例

目的：观察施他宁治疗肝硬化上消化道出血的疗效。方法：52例肝硬化上消化道出血病人随机分成2组，施他宁组36例，垂体后叶素16例。结果：施他宁组有效止血率为83.33%,72h内止血率为70％。而垂体后叶素组有效止血率为56．2％，72h内止血率为33．33％。两组间有显性统计差异（P＜0．05）。结论：施他宁是治疗肝硬化上消化道出血的安全有效药物。

The Treatment 36 Cases of Liver Cirrhosis Accompanying with Upper Gastroesophageal Bleeding Treated with Stilamin

Objective To determine the effects of stilamin for liver cirrhosis accompanying upper gastromtestinal bleeding. Methods 52 patients with liver cirrhosis accompanying upper gastromtesting bleeding were randomly assigned to two different treatment protocol.36 patients were treated with stilamin and 16 patients were treated with posterior pituitary.Results The rates of effective treatment of stilamin and posterior pituitary were 83 33%, 56 25% respectively.The rates of stop bleeding within of stilamin and posterior pituitary treatment were 70% and 33 33% respectively. The treatment program of stilamin was more effective than that posterior pituitary treatment.Conclusions The findings suggested that stilamin is an effective and safe treatment for cirrhisis accompanying with upper gastromtestinal bleeding.
