综合治疗难治性慢性鼻及鼻窦炎的临床分析

目的：探讨综合治疗难治性慢性鼻及鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法：将本科2008年1月～2009年12月期间诊治的67例难治性慢性鼻及鼻窦炎患者随机分为两组,35例治疗组患者采取综合治疗,32例对照组患者采取保守治疗,比较两组疗效及术后半年复发率。结果：35例治疗组患者中,24例治愈,8例好转,3例无效;32例对照组患者中,14例治愈,8例好转,10例无效,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）;术后半年回访,治疗组复发率为8.57%,对照组复发率为28.13%,治疗组显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）,均差异有统计学意义。结论：综合治疗难治性慢性鼻及鼻窦炎疗效显著,后期复发率低,是治疗该病行之有效的方法。

Clinical analysis of comprehensive treatment intractable chronic nasal and sinusitis

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of the comprehensive treatment to the patients with refractory chronic rhinosinusitis.Methods：To divide the 67 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis who were diagnosed and treated from January 2008 to December 2009 randomly into two groups,took comprehensive treatment to the 35 patients as treatment group,32 patients as control group were treated conservatively,compared the clinical effects of the two groups and the recurrence rate after six months.Results：35 patients as the treatment group,24 patients were cured,8 patients improved,3 cases were ineffective,32 patients as the control group,14 patients were cured,8 patients improved,10 patients were ineffective,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group（P0.05）;returned visit after six months,the recurrence rate was 8.57% in treatment group,the recurrence rate was 28.13% in control group,treatment group was significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）,the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion：The clinical effects of the comprehensive treatment to the patients with refractory chronic rhinosinusitis is significant,the recurrence rate is lower,it is an effective method of treatment of the disease.
