荭叶心通软胶囊对麻醉犬急性心肌梗死保护作用

摘    要:目的:分析荭叶心通软胶囊对麻醉引起的急性心肌梗死所产生的保护作用。方法:麻醉实验犬后,对其行冠脉前降支结扎术,造成其急性心肌梗死。实验组给予荭叶心通软胶囊观察心肌缓解情况。对照组给予复方丹参胶囊进行缓解,观察心肌缓解情况。结果:对照组梗死心肌重量为(5.17±0.06)g,梗死心肌占全心的比例为(7.24±0.08)%,占心室的比例为(8.01±0.10)%;实验组梗死心肌重量为(4.80±0.03)g,梗死心肌占全心的比例为(6.74±0.10)%,占心室的比例为(7.43±0.07)%。结论:荭叶心通软胶囊可以对应激诱发的急性心梗起到保护心肌血管,缩小心梗面积的作用。应用于冠心病、高血压、心脏病患者围术期将会起到预防手术应激反应引起的急性心肌梗死及心源性休克的作用。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze protection effect of Hongyexintong soft capsule on anesthesia-induced acute myocardial infarction.Methods:To anaesthetize experimental dogs and then ligate anterior descending coronary artery resulting acute myocardial infarction.Experimental group received Hongyexintong capsule and control group were gave Danshen capsules,observe myocardial remission situation.Results:Weight of infarcted myocardium in control group was(5.17±0.06) g,accounted for(7.24±0.08)% in total heart,(8.01 ± 0.10)% in total ventricle;weight of infarcted myocardium in experimental group was(4.80±0.03) g,accounted for(6.74±0.10)% in the heart,(7.43±0.07)% in total ventricle.Conclusion:Hongyexintong soft capsule can protect blood vessels,reduce the infarct size in stress-induced acute myocardial infarction,and can prevente surgical stress-induced acute myocardial infarction and cardiogenic shock in coronary heart disease,high blood pressure,perioperative of heart disease patients.
