60例中央型肺癌的X线胸片与CT诊断对比研究

目的：探讨分析CT诊断在中央型肺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析中央型肺癌患者60例,所有患者均采用了X线胸片与CT检查,比较两种方法的诊断结果,分析患者支气管腔内、肺门区肿块、纵隔淋巴结肿大在两种方法中的显示情况。结果：X线胸片检查准确率为63.3%,CT扫描检查准确率为91.7%,CT扫描检查准确率明显高于X线检查（P〈0.01）;患者支气管腔内、肺门区肿块、纵隔淋巴结肿大在CT扫描检查中比X线胸片检查显示得更清晰和明确,二者比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：CT诊断在中央型肺癌诊断中准确率较高,能够更好地配合医生对患者的病情进行分析及治疗,其扫描层次清晰、分辨率高、诊断准确、费用低、操作简单,值得临床进一步推广应用。

The comparative study of X-ray and CT diagnosis in 60 patients with central lung cancer

Objective：To discuss the value of CT in the diagnosis of central lung cancer.Methods：Retrospectivly analyzed the clinical datas of 60 cases central lung cancer.All patients had X-ray and CT scanning.Results：The accuracy rate of X-ray was 63.3%.The accuracy rate of X-ray was 91.7%.There were statistical significance between two methods（P0.01）.The mass of bronchial lumen and hilus pulmonis,mediastinal lymph node enlargement,would clearset with CT scanning.There were statistical significance between two methods（P0.01）.Conclusion：CT scanning has high accuracy in the diagnosis of central lung cancer.It is contribute to analyze the patient＇s condition and treatment.CT diagnosis distinctive nuance,high resolution,high diagnosis accurate rate,lower cost,simplicity of operation,is worthy of further promotion application.
