二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征疗效观察

目的：探讨二甲双胍、炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果。方法：收集2009年1月～2010年1月多囊卵巢综合征患者55例,将其随机分为3组,A组18例单独应用二甲双胍500mg/次,每日3次;B组20例单独应用炔雌醇环丙孕酮片,每日1次,每次1片;C组17例炔雌醇环丙孕酮片和二甲双胍联合用药,每组均3个疗程共3个月,于第4个月经周期第2天复查血清促黄体生成素（LH）、促卵泡素（FSH）、睾酮（T）及雌二醇（E2）水平,比较3组治疗前后激素水平变化情况。结果：3组患者治疗前后激素水平有显著差异（P〈0.05）,C组治疗前后激素水平变化与A组及B组比较差异明显（P〈0.05）。结论：二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片能有效纠正高雄激素血症,达到治疗多囊卵巢综合征的效果。

Therapeutic effects of metformin combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets for treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of metformin and ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods：55 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome from January 2009 to January 2010 were selected and divided into 3 groups.Group A included 18 patients,who were given metformin alone 500 mg/time and three times per day.Group B included 20 patients,who were given ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets alone once per day and one tablet per time.Group C included 17 patients,who were given metformin combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets.Each group had 3 courses of treatment lasting 3 months.The serum LH,FSH,T and E2 levels on the second day of the forth menstrual cycle were rechecked,and the changes in hormone levels of the three groups before and after treatment were compared.Results：Hormone levels of the three groups were significantly different before and after treatment（P0.05）.Changes in hormone levels of group C before and after treatment were significantly different from those of group A and group B（P0.05）.Conclusion：Metformin combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets can effectively correct hyperandrogenism and reach the therapeutic effects for the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.
