正畸拔除下颌第二前磨牙对青少年第三磨牙位置的影响

目的：探讨青少年正畸治疗中拔除下颌第二前磨牙对患者第三磨牙萌出位置的影响作用。方法：回顾性分析2008年6月～2010年6月在本院正畸治疗中拔除下颌第二前磨牙的56例患者的临床资料和随访资料,并以同期本院收治的未拔除下颌第二前磨牙的56例患者为对照组,比较两组患者治疗前后下颌第三磨牙位置变化情况。结果：观察组与对照组患者治疗前后第三磨牙位置均有不同程度改变,观察组主要表现为下颌第三磨牙萌出间隙增大,长轴与平面的交角变化量大。结论：拔除下颌第二前磨牙后,第三磨牙萌出间隙明显增大,有助于下颌第三磨牙的正常萌出。

Orthodontic mandibular second molar teeth extracted before the third molar position for adolescents influence

Objective：To discuss the teenagers orthodontic treatment for patients with mandibular second molar supernumerary third molar eruption position influential role.Methods：Etrospective analyzed from June 2008 to June 2010 orthodontic treatment in our hospital from pulling the mandibular second premolar 56 patients＇ clinical data and follow-up data,and with the same period were not pulling our mandibular second premolar 56 patients as control group,compared two sets of patients with mandibular third molar position before and after the treatment changes.Results：The observation group and control group patients before and after the treatment third molar position to had the varying degree change,the observation group mainly for mandibular third molar eruption gap increases,the long axis and the angle of cut teeth close plane of large amount of change.Conclusion：Mandibular second premolar after pulling,the third molar eruption clearance increased obviously,conduce to the jaw third molar normal eruption.
