鼠神经生长因子治疗儿童面神经炎效果分析

目的：观察注射用鼠神经生长因子治疗儿童面神经炎的效果。方法：将48例患儿分为A、B两组,B组22例给予常规治疗,A组26例在常规治疗的基础上加用注射用鼠神经生长因子治疗,均治疗2个疗程。观察两组的临床疗效。结果：A组治愈15例（57.7%）,好转10例（38.5%）,无效1例（3.8%）;B组治愈7例（31.8%）,好转10例（45.5%）,无效5例（22.7%）;A组总有效率（96.2%）高于B组（77.3%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：注射用鼠神经生长因子治疗儿童面神经炎疗效较好,有效率高。

Clinical observation on 26 cases of facial neuritis in children with mouse nerve growth factor

Objective：To observe the curative effect of injectable mouse nerve growth factor on facial neuritis in children.Methods：48 cases were divided into A and B group,22 cases in group B received only routine treatment,group A of 26 cases based on routine treatment combined with the injectable mouse nerve growth factor,both groups were treated 2 courses.Clinical curative effect of two groups was observed.Results：57.7% patients were cured,10 patients（38.5%） improved,1 case（3.8%） ineffective in group A;7 cases patients were cured,10 cases（45.5%） improved,invalid in 5 patients（22.7%） in group B.The total effective of group A（96.2%） was higher than group B（77.3%）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Curative effect of facial neuritis in children with injectable mouse nerve growth factor is better,and it has high efficiency.
