| 摘 要： | 目的评估文拉法辛缓释片对卒中后功能恢复的疗效情况。方法对50例脑卒中患者在基础治疗及对症治疗前提下加用文拉法辛治疗,观察7d、14d、21d欧洲卒中量表(ESS)和Barhel指数(BI)评分;并与对照组比较。结果辅助运用文拉法辛组7d、14d、21d时的ESS评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);显效率和有效率与对照组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论文拉法辛早期介入对脑卒中患者的康复有一定的促进作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate of venlafaxine extended-release tablets on the efficacy of functional recovery after stroke cases.Methods 50 stroke patients in the basic premise of the treatment and symptomatic treatment plus treatment with venlafaxine was observed on 7d,14d and 21d on European Stroke Scale(ESS)and Barhel index(BI)score,and compared with the control group.Results In venlafaxine group,the ESS score was significantly higher(P<0.05)on 7d,14d and 21d.Compared with the control group,significant effective and efficient prognosis was observed(P<0.05).Conclusion Early venlafaxine intervention have a role in promoting rehabilitation of stroke. |
