完善我院全自动口服摆药机摆药工作的实践及思考

目的:为完善国内医院全自动口服摆药机(下简称摆药机)工作流程提供参考。方法:系统总结我院使用摆药机6年来逐步完善的工作流程,汇总了摆药中遇到的药品相关问题、摆药机相关问题以及药品准备工作中的问题和解决方法。结果与结论:制定工作制度,在领药、拆包、装填、核对时都有相应的登记记录;摆药时根据药品的性状、理化性质、储藏条件等因素对特殊药品进行特殊处置;药师在上岗前除了要熟悉药品外还要经过摆药机操作的培训。另外,对与摆药机有关的药品包装、药盒、收费及药品质量等问题建议改进和妥善处理。

Practice and Consideration of Drug Dispensing Improvement of Automatic Oral Drug Dispensing Machine in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for improving the working flow of automatic oral drug dispensing mechanism(called drug dispensing mechanism in short) in domestic hospitals.METHODS:The gradual improved workflow of drug dispensing mechanism was summarized in our hospital in recent 6 years.All problems and resolution related to drug,machine and drug preparation were summarized.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:Working systems have been formulated.Taking drugs,wrapping off package,filling and packing,checking should be recorded.Special drugs should be disposed especially according to the drug property,physiochemical property and storage condition,etc.Pharmacists receive training on machine operation before taking up their posts besides being familiar with drugs.In addition,it is suggested to suitably improve and dispose the problems related to drug dispensing machine,such as drug packing,drug box,charge and quality of drug.
