普外科围术期预防应用抗菌药物干预效果分析

目的:评价我院普外科围术期预防应用抗菌药物干预措施的效果,探索适合我国国情的手术预防用抗菌药物干预模式。方法:随机抽取我院2010年普外科干预前手术病历100份(对照组)及2011年干预后手术病历100份(干预组),对围术期预防用抗菌药物情况进行统计、分析。结果:与对照组相比,干预组围术期预防用抗菌药物合理性显著改善,主要表现在抗菌药物选择、用法用量、用药时机和预防用药时间等方面;干预组平均预防用药时间为5.4d,与对照组(8.5d)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而2组间手术部位感染发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:合理、有效地实施干预措施,对规范普外科围术期预防应用抗菌药物可起到促进作用。

Analysis of Intervention Effect of Perioperative Prophylactic Application of Antibiotics in General Surgery

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the effectiveness of intervention measures on prophylactic application of antibiotics during perioperative period in general surgery,and to explore intervention mode of prophylactic application of antibiotics which is suitable for Chinese situation.METHODS:100 general surgery cases before intervention in 2010 were sampled randomly as control group and 100 general surgery cases after intervention in 2011 as intervention group.Investigation and analysis were performed on prophylactic application of antibiotics during perioperative period.RESULTS:Compared with the control group,rationality of perioperative prophylactic application of antibiotics in the intervention group were significantly improved in respect of the choice of antibiotics,usage and dosage,medication timing,prophylactic time,etc.The average prophylactic time in the intervention group was 5.4 d,and it had statistically significant difference compared with the 8.5 d in control group(P<0.05;there was no significant difference in the incidence of surgical site infection between two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:The implementation of intervention measures is rational and effective,and it contributes to standardizing perioperative prophylactic application of antibiotics in general surgery department.
