糖尿病患者健康教育需求及药学服务策略的调查分析

目的:了解糖尿病患者对疾病的认知、知识的掌握及健康教育的需求情况,以提供更加便捷和人性化的药学服务。方法:采用调查问卷方式对我院及南通市中医院门诊和住院糖尿病患者进行调查,共发放246份问卷,内容涉及患者控制血糖的方法、对糖尿病知识的掌握及教育途径、是否需要进一步加强对糖尿病知识及健康教育的了解、是否支持和配合药师的健康教育工作以及需要医院药师提供的药学服务形式和内容等,并对调查结果进行统计、分析,进而提出药学服务策略。结果:共收回有效问卷242份,其中有42.15%的受访者在确诊糖尿病前即对糖尿病知识及健康教育予以关注;患病后分别有50.00%、43.39%、38.02%、15.70%、13.22%和6.20%的受访者通过阅读相关书籍和报刊杂志、咨询医师、集体专题讲座、家庭健康教育、与病友交流和社区教育等途径获得糖尿病的相关知识;85.54%的受访者对糖尿病并发症用药有了解的需求;希望由医师提供健康教育咨询服务的占78.09%;接受药师提供健康教育咨询服务的占96.69%;欢迎以专家咨询窗口提供服务的占55.79%。结论:糖尿病健康教育需求量大,患者受教育程度低,医院药学工作者应加强对患者的健康教育和用药教育普及力度,为患者提供形式多样的药学咨询服务,建立科学的服务流程,树立药学专业威信,切实提高药学服务质量。

Investigation and Analysis of Health Education Needs of Diabetic Patients and Pharmaceutical Care Strategy

OBJECTIVE:To investigate about the disease understanding,mastery of knowledge and demand on health education of diabetic patients,and to offer more convenient and humanized pharmaceutical care.METHODS:Out-patient and in-patient diabetic patients in our hospital and Nantong hospital of TCM were investigated using questionnaires.246 questionnaires were sent out,which involved methods of patients controlling blood sugar,mastery of knowledge and educational route of diabetes,whether to enhance the learning of diabetes and health education in a further step or not,whether to support and cooperate pharmacists’ health education work or not and modes and content of pharmaceutical care offered by hospital pharmacists.Pharmaceutical care strategy was put forward after investigation results were analyzed statistically.RESULTS:242 effective questionnaires were taken back,among which 42.15% of the informants paid attention to knowledge and health education of diabetes before they were diagnosed;after falling ill,there were separately 50.00%,43.39%,38.02%,15.70%,13.22% and 6.20% of the informants getting related knowledge of diabetes through reading related books,newspapers and magazines,consulting doctors,attending special lectures for collective group,receiving family health education,communicating with ward mates and taking part in community education;85.54% of the informants had the need of learning about medication of diabetic complication;those who wished doctors offered consultation service of health education accounted for 78.09%;those who accepted pharmacists offered such service accounted for 96.69%;those who would rather welcome experts consultation service accounted for 55.79%.CONCLUSIONS:Need of health education on diabetes mellitus is so large,and education level of the patients is so low,so that pharmaceutical workers in hospital should popularize health education and medication education,provide the patients with various kinds of pharmaceutical consulting service,set up scientific service flow,establish professional prestige of pharmacy and truly enhance the quality of pharmaceutical care.
