自血光量子疗法前后血液杀菌能力比较

摘    要:用接种定量细菌于血液后不同时间计数细菌残存率方法。对24例神经系统疾病患者自血光量子疗法处理前后的血液标本进行比较,观察其杀菌能力的变化。结果表明:血液本身具有的杀菌能力,在接种细菌量为0.5×10^-4~1×10^4/ml的条件下,30min可杀死近半数的细菌,但个体差异大。自血光量子疗法处理后血液中大肠埃希菌的残存率较治疗处理前显著降低,而铜绿假单胞菌,金黄色葡萄球菌无显著性差异,提示血液本身

Abstract:The bacteria killing capacity of blood in 24 patients suffered from nerve system disorsers and treated with ultraviolet blood irradiation and oxygenation was carried out by quantitative planting and counting servival technique. Results showed that CFU of E. coli was significantly decreased (P<0 01) in the blood samples of past-treatment compared with that of ante-treatment, but there were no significant differences in P. aeruginosa and S. aureus before and after the treatment. Our results suggest that the bacteria-killing activity existed inherently in the blood and can be greatly enhanced by the treatment of ultraviolet blood irradiation and oxygenation. Noteworthily there are germ-species specificity and individual difference for this function.
