| 摘 要： | 目的 :为了提高我院医师抗菌药应用的合理性 ,减少医院感染的发生。方法 :从 1 999年起连续 5年采用回顾性调查与实时监控等措施 ,监测各临床科室抗菌药应用情况 ,针对监测过程中发现的问题 ,采取一系列相应的管理措施。结果与结论 :通过监控措施我院临床医师抗菌药应用合理性逐年提高 ,为指导临床合理应用抗菌素带来了方便。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To increase the rationality of the usage of antibacterial drugs in inpatients and decrease the incidence of hospital infection. METHODS: Since 1999, retrospective study and real time monitoring had been applied to monitor the usage of antibacterial drugs in each clinical department. According to the problems found during monitoring, a series of correspondent administrative methods were taken. RESULTS AND CONCLUSIONS: By monitoring methods, the rationality of the usage of antibacterial drugs in the clinicians has been increased with years. It is helpful for indicating rational usage of antibacterial drugs in the clinic. |
