慢性肾功能衰竭患者超声心动图改变的多因素分析

目的研究慢性肾功能衰竭患者超声心动图改变的相关因素。方法以心脏超声多普勒仪检测心脏腔径及心功能参数，同时分析其尿毒素水平、血压、血脂、血红蛋白等诸因素与各参擞的关系。结果①最常见改变是左心系统病变和瓣膜返流。②原发病是重要的影响因素，糖尿病肾病更易出现心脏病变。③血压、尿毒素、血脂、年龄、病程、血红蛋白均对超声心动图结果产生影响，其中以血压和尿毒素的影响最明显。结论临床上应采取积极措施，以超声心动图严密监测心脏改变，控制以上因素，可望改善心血管病变。

Study the cardiac involvement detected by color Doppler echocardiogram with chronic renal failure by multiple factor analysis

Objective To analysis the related factors about the results of Doppler echocardiogram with chronic renal failure.Methods We studied the morphologic and functional parameters by Doppler echocardiogram and conduct a multiple factors analysis to investigate relationship between the parameters and related factors(uremia,blood pressure,hyperlipemia and hemoglobin).Results (1)The most common cardiac involvement were left atrium and left ventricle changes and valve regurgitation.(2)Primary diseases were important factors.(3)Blood pressure,uremia,hyperlipemia,age,course of diseases and hemoglobin could influenced the results of echocardiogram.Conclusion There were many related factors about the results of Doppler echocardiogram with chronic renal failure.Treatment of the related factors may ameliorate the cardiac involvement.
