| 摘 要： | 目的观察针刺背俞穴治疗慢性疲劳综合征(CFS)的临床疗效。方法将45例CFS患者随机分为治疗组22例和对照组23例,治疗组辨证给予针刺背俞穴治疗,对照组给予安慰针刺法。分别于治疗前后应用整体健康水平量表(SF-20)和Chadler疲劳量表评价两组患者总体健康状况及疲劳症状。结果治疗组SF-20生理功能、社会功能、角色功能、心理健康、总体健康、疼痛6个维度得分均较治疗前明显提高(P0.01),且改善程度显著优于对照组(P0.01或P0.05);两组患者治疗后Chadler疲劳量表积分均较治疗前明显降低(P0.01或P0.05);治疗组总有效率为68.1%,对照组为13.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P0.01)。结论针刺背俞穴治疗慢性疲劳综合征疗效肯定,并能有效改善患者生存质量。
