摘    要:【目的】观察脑缺血和缺血预处理对大鼠脑钙调神经磷酸酶(CaN)活性的影响,探讨CaN在脑缺血中的作用。【方法】制备大鼠大脑缺血及缺血预处理模型,分步离心提取蛋白,应用紫外分光光度法测定各组CaN在大鼠脑中的活性。【结果】缺血组CaN活性明显低于正常组(P〈0.05),缺血预处理组CaN活性明显高于缺血组(P〈0.05)。【结论】实验结果表明缺血预处理可保护大鼠脑缺血时CaN的活性。

Abstract:[ Objective] To observe the effects of ischemic preconditioning on the activity of calcineurin in the brain of rat. [Methods] Focal cerebral ischemia and cerebral ischemia preconditioning in normal rats were induced. The activity of calcineurin in each group was examined. [ Results] The activity of calcineurin in cerebral ischemia group was significantly lower than that in control group ( P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusions] These results suggest that the activity of calcineurin in cerebral ischemia is protected by ischemic preconditioning.
