护士长临床营养知识、态度及行为的现状及其影响因素

摘    要:目的了解护士长临床营养知识、态度、行为的现状及其影响因素。方法 2009年11-12月采用方便取样法选择苏州市9所三级医院、34所二级医院的护士长177名,以自行设计的调查问卷(包括一般情况问卷与护士临床营养知信行问卷)对其进行问卷调查。结果护士长临床的营养知识、态度、行为的得分分别为(71.86±13.01)分、(82.56±5.75)分、(60.83±10.35)分;营养态度与行为呈正相关(r=0.15,P〈0.05);多元线性回归分析显示:营养知识的主要影响因素为学历是否提高、是否参加过营养学习班;营养态度的主要影响因素是营养咨询频率;营养行为的主要影响因素是是否为优秀护士、是否参加过上级医院进修、营养咨询频率、患者营养检查及营养态度(P〈0.05)。结论病区护士长临床营养知识水平一般,营养态度水平良好,营养行为水平偏低。

Abstract:Objective To explore the status quo of the clinical nutritional knowledge,attitudes and practices of head nurses and the related factors.Methods From November to December 2009,177 head nurses from 9 grade-Ⅲ hospitals and 34 grade-Ⅱ hospitals in Suzhou were selected using convenience sampling method to complete the questionnaire including general information questionnaire and nurses' knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP) survey on nutrition.Results The KAP scores were 71.86±13.01,82.56±5.75 and 60.83±10.35,respectively.A positive correlation was determined between nutritional attitudes and practices(r=0.15,P0.05).Multivariate linear regression analysis revealed that the main influencing factors of nutritional knowledge were further education and nutritional training.The main influencing factors of attitudes were frequency of nutrition counseling.The main influencing factors of practices were excellent nurses,refresher training in higher-level hospitals,frequency of nutrition counseling,examination of patients'nutritional status,and nutritional attitudes(P0.05).Conclusion Head nurses' mastery of nutritional knowledge is mediocre and their attitudes are satisfying while their practices remain relatively poor.
