全肺切除术治疗肺癌的临床分析

目的 :探讨全肺切除治疗原发性支气管肺癌的临床价值。方法 :对我院 1987年 4月～ 1997年 3月行全肺切除治疗原发性支气管肺癌 186例作回顾性总结。结果 :全肺切除术占同期肺癌外科手术的 13 5 % ,手术死亡率为 2 7% ,心包内处理肺血管占 30 1% ,术后 1、3、5年生存率分别为 81 2 %、39 8%和 2 0 4 %。结论 :全肺切除可作为中晚期肺癌的外科治疗的有效方法之一 ,心包内处理肺血管能提高手术的切除率。

A Clinical Analysis About Pulmonary Cancer Treated with Total Pneumonectomy

Objective We aimed to study the clinical effectiveness of using total pneumonecto my to treat pulmonary cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis was made to study 186 patients suffering from primary bronchopneumonial cancer during April,1987 to March,1997 in our hospital treated with total pneumonectomy.Results 13 5% of patients of total operation on patients with pulmonary cancer were treated with the above surgical method.The in hospital mortality was 2 7%,30 1% of these patients were treated with operation of pulmonary blood vessels in pericardium.The survival rate of 1,3,5 years after surgery was 81 2%,39 2%,20 4% respectively.Conclusions Total pneumonectomy was an effective surgical method used to treat middle or late pulmonary cancer patients.Treating pulmonary blood vessels in pericardium could improve the clinical effectiveness.
