| 摘 要： | 目的研究不同剂量阿托伐他汀对2型糖尿病患者血小板活性的影响。方法用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定2型糖尿病患者外周血中血栓素B2(TXB2)、血小板颗粒膜蛋白140(GMP-140)的水平,并比较不同剂量阿托伐他汀对它们的影响。结果阿托伐他汀能显著降低2型糖尿病患者外周血中TXB2、GMP-140的水平,增大剂量效果更显著,而对肝功能及血肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)影响不大。结论阿托伐他汀对2型糖尿病患者血小板活化有抑制作用,其抗血小板活性作用在一定范围内随着剂量的增加而加强,同时具有良好的安全性。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of different dosage of atorvastatin on platelet activation in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Methods The levels of plasma TXB2 and GMP-140 from patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were measured by ELISA method and were compared to observe the effect of different dosage of atorvastatin. Results Atorvastatin can significantly decrease the levels of TXB2 and GMP-140 and the effect was dose-dependant. Meanwhile, atorvastatin has no significant effects on liver function and creatine kenase (CK). Conclusion Atorvastatin has inhibitory effect on platelet activation in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and the effect is dose-dependent. |
