清宫瘤丸治疗子宫肌瘤的作用研究

目的观察清宫瘤丸治疗子宫肌瘤的作用。方法灌服己烯雌酚，制造小鼠子宫肌瘤模型，以子宫湿重及子宫指数为指标，并进行组织学检查，研究清宫瘤丸对子宫平滑肌增生的抑制作用；以醋酸扭体法观察清宫瘤丸的镇痛作用；以二甲苯所致小鼠耳壳肿胀法观察清宫瘤丸的抗炎作用。结果清宫瘤丸能显著减轻子宫湿重、降低子宫指数，且能显著抑制醋酸引起的小鼠扭体次数及二甲苯所致的小鼠耳壳肿胀（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。结论清宫瘤丸具有抑制子宫平滑肌增生、镇痛和抗炎的作用。

Research of the effects on Qinggongliu Pills treating hysteromyoma

Objective To observe the effects on Qinggongliu Pills treating hysteromyoma. Methods The model of hysteromyoma in mice was made by pouring stilbestrol. Wet weight of uterus and index of uterus were determined, and observed the change of histology, thus researched the inhibiting effect of Qinggongliu Pills on hyperplasia of uterus smooth muscle. Observed analgesia effect of Qinggongliu Pills by the method of torsion spasm induced by acetic acid,and observed the effect of anti-inflammatory by the method that xylene induced tumefaetion of ear in mice. Results Qinggongliu Pills could notablely reduce wet weight of uterus, decrease index of uterus, and inhibit the frequency of torsion spasm and tumefaetion of ear in mice （ P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Qinggongliu Pills has the effect of inhibiting hyperplasia of uterus smooth muscle, analgesia and anti-inflammatory.
