| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Ki-67及p27^kip1蛋白在非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）组织中的表达及其对预后的影响。方法采用免疫组化二步法检测30例NSCLC、15例正常肺组织中Ki-67及p27^kip1基因的表达。结果①NSCLC中Ki-67阳性表达率明显高于正常肺组织（P〈0.01）。②p27^kip1在NSCLC中阳性表达明显低于正常肺组织,差异有统计学意义。③在NSCLC中Ki-67的表达与病理分型密切相关。④NSCLC组织中Ki-67、p27^kip1蛋白表达与患者预后有关。结论检测NSCLC中Ki-67及p27^kip1的表达对评估其预后有一定意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expressions of Ki-67and p27kip1 in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and to study their relationship and impact on prognosis. Methods 30 samples of NSCLC and 15 samples of normal lung tissues were detected by envision immunochemical method.Results The positive expression rate of Ki-67 protein in NSCLC was obviously higher than that in normal lung tissue (P<0.05).
