| 摘 要： | 目的探讨小儿特发性血小板减少性紫癜与病原体感染的关系。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验,对诊断明确的84例ITP患儿分别进行人类巨细胞病毒、风疹病毒、单疱病毒Ⅱ、EB病毒特异性IgM的检测和34例ITP患儿进行乙肝抗原、抗体的检测;采用被动凝集法检测18例ITP患儿的支原体抗体;采用金标法检测33例ITP患儿的幽门螺旋杆菌抗体。结果巨细胞病毒抗体、风疹病毒抗体、单疱病毒Ⅱ抗体、EB病毒抗体、乙肝抗原、抗体、支原体抗体、HP抗体的检测阳性率分别为14%（12/84）、11%（9/84）、11%（9/84）、26%（9/34）、6%（5/77）、22%（4/18）、48%（16/33）。结论小儿特发性血小板减少性紫癜的发病可能与多种病原体感染有关。

| Abstract: | Aim To explore the relationship between various pathogens infection and children idiopathic thrombocytopenia purpura Methods Human Cytomegalovirus,Rubella virus,herpes virus-2,Epstein-Barr virus,hepatitis B,mycoplasma and Helicobater pylori were detected in children patients with ITP.Results The positive infection rates of Human Cytomegalovirus,Rubella virus,herpes virus-2,Epstein-Barr virus,hepatitis B,mycoplasma and Helicobater pylori in ITP patients were 14%(12/84),11%(9/84),11%(9/84),26%(9/34),6%(5/77),22%(4/18),and 48%(16/33) respectively.Conclusion there was an association between various pathogens infection and children idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP). |
