细胞增殖周期调控基因p16在非小细胞肺癌中的表达和意义

目的　探讨ｐ１６ 对非小细胞肺癌增殖的作用及其临床诊断应用的价值。方法　运用枸橼酸－ ＡＢＣ－微波免疫组化技术检测ｐ１６ 在７３ 例原发性非小细胞肺癌（ＮＳＣＬＣ），６ 例肺炎性假瘤和５ 例癌旁正常肺组织中的表达情况。结果　ｐ１６ 阳性率为２５ ％（１８／７３），明显低于正常肺组织及肺炎性假瘤（８２ ％） ；ｐ１６ 的表达与肺门淋巴结转移和组织学分级有关；ｐ１６ 的表达、肺门淋巴结转移和组织学类型与患者的生存率有关（Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。结论　表明ｐ１６ 蛋白有抑制肿瘤细胞增殖，在非小细胞肺癌的发生、发展中起作用。ｐ１６ 基因蛋白产物的检测对肺癌的诊断和评估预后有积极意义。

Expression and Significance of Cell Division Cycle Regulators CyclinD1 and p16 in Non-Small Cell Lung Carcinonia

Purpose Study the expression of p16 protein in NSCLC and their relations to the pathogenesis of the lung carcinoma.Methods 73 cases of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC),6 cases of lung inflammatory pseudotumor and 5 cases of normal lung tissues were studied by ABC immunohistochemical technique.Results The positive rate of p16 in NSCLC was 25% (18/73),much lower than 82% in lung inflammatory pseudotumor and normal lung tissues;The expression of p16 was related to the degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis.The low expression of p16 showed significant correlation with NSCLC patient survival rate ( P <0.05).Conclusions Detection of p16 has positive effects on diagnosis,prognosis and treatment of lung tumors.
