聚氧化乙烯R—150辐射接枝水凝胶膜的性能研究

摘    要:研究聚氧化乙烯 R- 150 辐射接枝聚乙烯醇所形成的水凝胶膜的理化性能,结果显示,聚氧化乙烯接枝水凝胶的交联密度与辐射剂量呈正相关,与混合物质量分数呈负相关,与聚乙烯醇的接枝比例未见明显相关性。聚氧化乙烯 R- 150 接枝水凝胶的交联密度明显低于单纯聚乙烯醇水凝胶。其膨胀度与辐射剂量和聚乙烯醇接枝比例呈负相关,与其混合物浓度呈正相关,并且明显高于单纯聚乙烯醇。聚乙烯醇水凝胶膜的硬度与辐射剂量呈正相关,聚氧化乙烯 R- 150 接枝水凝胶膜的硬度与其浓度呈负相关,而与聚乙烯醇的接枝比例呈正相关。结果表明,聚氧化乙烯 R- 150 接枝水凝胶的交联密度主要受聚乙烯醇的影响,平衡水含量主要受聚氧化乙烯 R- 150 的影响,膜的硬度则受二者的双重影响。

Studies on the Properties of Poly(Ethylene Oxide) R-150 Hydrogel Films Formed by Irradiation Graft

Abstract:In order to improve the mechanical properties of poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) hydrogel film was used as wound dressing. The chemical and physical properties of the PEO R-150 graft hydrogel film formed by blends of electron beam irradiated-PEO R-150 and poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) were studied. The experimental results showed that the crosslinking densities of the PEO R-150 graft hydrogel increased along with the increase of the irradiation doses and decreased with the increase of the blend concentrations. While the PVA graft proportions did not produce obvious effests on the crosslinking density of the graft hydrogel. The crosslinking density of the graft hydrogel were obviously lower than that of the pure PVA hydrogel. The equilibrium water content of the graft hydrogel decrease as the irradiation dose and the PVA graft proportion increased; but they increased as the blend concentration increased. The equilibrium water content of the graft hydrogel was obviously higher than those of the pure PVA hydrogel. The hardness of the PVA hydrogel film increased with the irradiation does. The hardness of the graft hydrogel decreased with the blend concentration, whereas it increased with the PVA graft proportion. The results suggest the PVA produces a main effect on the crosslinking density of the graft hydrogel, the PEO R-150 produces a main effect on the equilibrium warter content of the graft hydrogel, and the both polymers have double effects on the hardness of the graft hydrogel.
