人工心脏临时起搏术联合参附注射液对家兔心搏骤停模型循环恢复的影响

摘    要:目的:观察同时应用紧急人工心脏临时起搏术与参附注射液对家兔心搏骤停-CPR模型循环恢复的影响。方法:32只家兔随机分为两组,每组16只;夹闭主动脉与腔静脉复制心搏骤停-CPR模型;实验组在血液断流后4min开始应用紧急人工心脏临时起搏术与参附注射液进行CPR;对照组在血液断流后4min开始进行CPR;监测血液断流前后家兔的心电图、平均动脉压的变化,并记录开始CPR至自主循环恢复时间和自主呼吸恢复时间、肾上腺素用量;自主循环维持4h,并计算4h存活率。结果:试验组在CPR成功率、4h存活率、自主循环恢复时间、自主呼吸恢复时间方面均明显优于对照组,具有统计学意义,在肾上腺素用量方面则两组结果相近。结论:同时应用紧急人工心脏临时起搏术与参附注射液可明显缩短家兔心搏骤停-CPR模型的自主循环恢复时间,对促进心搏骤停的自主循环恢复,提高CPR成功率具有积极意义。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effects of artificial cardiac temporary pacing combined with Ginseng and Aconite injection on the circulation recovery of rabbit cardiac arrest model.Methods:32 rabbits were randomly divided into two groups with 16 rabbits in each and their aorta and venae cavae were clamped to model cardiac arrest.After the circulation was closed for 4 minutes,emergency artificial cardiac temporary pacing combined with Ginseng and Aconite injection and CPR were applied in the experiment group and only CPR were applied in the control group.The ECG and mean arterial pressure was monitored before and after circulation closing;the time from CPR beginning to autonomic circulation recovery and autonomic respiration recovery and adrenaline dosage were recorded;the 4-hour survival rate was calculated.Results:The CPR success rate,4-hour survival rate,autonomic circulation recovery time and autonomic respiration recovery time in the experiment group was significantly better than that in the control group and there was no statistical significance in the difference of adrenaline dosage between the two groups.Conclusion: Combining emergency artificial cardiac temporary pacing with Ginseng and Aconite injection can significantly shorten the autonomic circulation recovery time of rabbit cardiac arrest model and it has positive significance in helping the autonomic circulation recovery of cardiac arrest.
