| 摘 要： | 建立克拉霉素片微生物限度检查方法.采用人工加入5种阳性对照菌测定其回收率.根据回收率试验结果,克拉霉素片对细菌抑菌作用强,必须采用离心集菌薄膜过滤法才能彻底消除其抑菌作用.该法可用于克拉霉素片的微生物限度检查.

| Abstract: | The method of microbial limit test of Clarithromycin Tablets was established. The antimicrobial effect of Clarithromycin Tablets was determine by recovery rate with 5 control trains. According to the results, the recovery rates of Clarithromycin Tablets had higher antimicrobial effects which must be eliminated by eentrifugation and membrane filtration. The method can be used for microbial limit test of Clarithromycin Tablets. |
