难治性寻常型痤疮合并糠秕孢子菌及螨虫感染的临床观察

摘    要:目的:观察难治性寻常型痤疮合并糠秕孢子菌,螨虫感染情况及加用针对特殊病原体治疗疗效。方法:取104例难治性寻常型痤疮炎性皮损内容物涂片。复方刚果红当色,检查糠秕孢子菌,螨虫,在常规痤疮治疗基础上结合针对所合并的特殊病原体进行综合治疗。结果:104例患者中糠秕孢子菌阳性者38例,螨虫阳性者30例,两者均阳性者6例,总阳性率71.1%。治愈34例,显效25例,有效40例,无效5例,总有效率95.2%,结论:提示合并糠秕孢子菌,螨虫感染是难治性寻常型痤疮的重要病因之一。

Abstract:Objective: To observe situation of acne vulgrias which complicated with infection of pityrosporum or demodex fol-liculorum and treatment effect of aiming at pathogens. Methods: We took the contents of inflammatory cutaneous damage of 10 4patients with acne vularis and inuncted on the microscope glass, dyed with compound congired, Investigated pityrosporum or demodex folliculorum, treated with general methods and at the same time killed the pathogens. Results: There were 38 patients with pityrosporum, 30 patients with demodex folliculorum, 6 patients with both pityrosporum and demodex folliculorum. Total positive rate was 71.1% . There were 34 cure patients, 25 show effect patients, 40 effective patients, 5 ineffective patients, total effective rate was 95. 2% . Conclusion: It is one of the important cause of acne vulgaris of difficult treatment to complicate with infection pityrosporum or demodex folliculoum.
