集束化综合护理预防ICU呼吸机相关性肺炎的临床研究

目的探讨集束化综合护理对于预防呼吸机相关性肺炎（Ventilator Associated Pneumonia VAP）的有效性。方法选取2009年11月～2011年10月入住我院ICU的407例机械通气大于48h,经口气管插管患者作为实验组,采用集束化综合护理方案。对照组选取2007年11月～2009年10月入住我院ICU的392例机械通气患者,观察两组患者VAP的发病率。结果应用集束化综合护理方案组VAP发病率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论采用集束化综合护理可有效预防VAP,适合临床推广应用。

A clinical research on cluster of integrated care to prevent ventilator-associated pneumonia in ICU ward

【Objective】 To investigate the cluster of integrated care for the prevention of ventilator-associated pneumonia(VAP) is effective.【Methods】 407 cases of mechanical ventilation longer than 48h,with orotracheal intubation as the experimental group,the use of cluster-based integrated care program.Selected 392 cases of mechanically ventilated patients as a control group,were observed incidence of VAP.【Results】 The group of cluster-based integrated care program the incidence of VAP was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.【Conclusion】 Cluster of integrated care can be effective in preventing VAP,suitable for clinical application.
