全胸腔镜肺叶切除术的手术配合

目的 探讨全胸腔镜肺叶切除术的手术护理方法,以提高手术疗效,延长仪器、器械使用寿命.方法 回顾性分析192例全胸腔镜下肺叶切除术的护理配合情况.结果 全组174例完成胸腔镜手术,18例中转开胸,无手术死亡及并发症,术后恢复快,均顺利出院.结论 良好的手术配合,正确的仪器使用,操作细节的创新能有效减少手术耗时,提高疗效.

Operative coordination of full video-assisted thoracoscopic lung lobectomy

Objective To discuss the nursing experience of video-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy so as to improve the surgical effects and prolong the service life of the video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery(VATS) instruments.Methods The nursing coordination status of 192 patients received VATS lobectomy was analyzed retrospectively.Results All 174 cases accepted full VATS lobectomy and 18 cases were converted to open operation.There were no death and surgical complications with rapid postoperative recovery and smooth discharge from hospital.Conclusion Good surgical cooperation,correct instrument use and innovation of operation details might effectively decrease the operation time and improve the curative effects.
