| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腰椎间盘突出症的手术方法和治疗效果。方法随访2003年3月～2007年10月，手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症108例。其中开窗46例，环行开窗39例，半椎板7例，全椎板16例。结果术后随访1～8年，平均3．6年，按Nakai评定标准，优良率91．7％。结论手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果明显。合理选择术式、充分减压、保持脊柱稳定、术后重视康复训练等方面是提高手术疗效的关键。
