基层妇幼保健院感染管理措施与体会

目的通过加强医院感染管理,提高医疗质量,确保医疗安全。方法采取宣传培训、监督考核、落实责任及有效沟通的方法。结果连续10年泌尿道插管感染率为0,连续8年新生儿病房感染率为0,腹腔镜、麦默通等微创手术953例感染率为0。连续2年现患率调查为0。结论采取适合本医院特点的管理措施,加强医院感染管理,对提高医疗质量,确保医疗安全,具有重要的现实意义。

Infection control measures and experience in grass-roots healthcare hospital of women and children

Objective To improve the quality of medical care and ensure medical safety by strengthening hospital infection control.Methods Propaganda and training,supervision and evaluation,the implementation of the responsibilities and effective communication were used in the management.Results The infection rate of urinary tract catheter kept zero continuously for 10 years,the infection rate of neonatal ward kept zero continuously for 8 years,and among the 953 cases,the infection rate of laparoscopy and Mammotome minimally invasive surgeries were zero.And the incidence rate of hospital infection kept zero continuously for 2 years.Conclusions It is important to adopt suitable management measures for this hospital,to strengthen hospital infection control,and these will improve the quality of medical care and ensure medical safety.
