CT导引下经皮肺内肿块（结节）病灶穿刺活检的临床意义

目的探讨肺内肿块（结节）病灶在CT导引下经皮穿刺活检的临床诊断价值。方法应用美国Bard公司产复用型自动活检枪对143例肺内肿块（结节）病灶患者行CT导引下经皮病灶穿刺活检，并行病理学诊断。结果143例肺内肿块（结节）病灶一次性穿刺成功率96．5％，病理诊断准确率100．0％。并发气胸5例，咯血8例。结论CT导引下经皮肺内肿块（结节）病灶穿刺活检有较高的临床诊断价值，且具有安全性高、操作简便、并发症少的特点，值得推广。

Clinical significance of transdermic biopsy CT-guided in lung tumour(tubercle)

Objective To explore the diagnosic value of the transdermic biopsy CT-guided in lung tumour（tubercle）. Methods Applying the multiplying automatic biopsy gun made by American Bard Corporation to 143 cases suffering from the lung tumour （tubercle） under the natural focus patient line of CT guiding after the skin focus puncture biopsy and carrying out pathological diagnosis. Results 96.5% of the first - time puncture success rate about 143 cases with the lung tumour （tubercle） focus of infection, accuracy rate of pathological diagnosis： 100%. 5 cases with complicated preumonthorax. 8 cases with hemoptysis. Conclusion The transdermic biopsy CT-guided in lung tumour is of high clinical diagnosic value, also with the charateristics of little complication and wonthy of the clinical promotion
