银杏达莫与酚妥拉明治疗肺心病心功能不全临床观察

目的观察银杏达莫联合酚妥拉明治疗肺心病心功能不全患者的临床疗效。方法选择61例肺源性心脏病心功能不全患者，随机分为2组，治疗组30例，对照组31例。治疗组给予银杏达莫与酚妥拉明治疗，对照组单用酚妥拉明治疗。结果治疗组显效率、总有效率分别为73．3％和96．7％，明显高于对照组的54．8％和87．1％（P〈0．05），发绀消退时间、心率减慢时间、水肿消失时间较对照组明显缩短（P〈0．05），血液流变学红细胞压积，血浆比黏度、纤维蛋白原改善较对照组显著（P〈0．05）。结论银杏达莫有扩血管、降低肺动脉高压、活血化淤之功效，银杏达莫与酚妥拉明联用治疗肺源性心脏病心功能不全具有良好的协同作用。

Clinical effects of ginkgo-damole combined with regitin in treatng pulmonary heart disease with heart fallure

Objective To observe the clinical effect of ginkgo -damole combined with regitin in treatng puhnonary heart disease with heart failure. Methods 61 cases of chronic pulmonary-heart diseease with heart failure were divided randomly into two groups , in which 30 cases of Treating group were treated with ginkgo -damole and Regitin and 31 cases of control group were treated with Regitin alone. Results The marked effective and total effective rate in alleviating heart flilure were 73.3% and 96.7% in treating group respectively and these were all significantly higher than those （54.8% , 87.1% ） in the control（ P 〈 0.05 ）, The time If cyanosis vanishing, the time of heart rate slowing and the time of edema disappearing in treating group were all markedly shorter than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）, The hematocrit, plasma specific viscosity, fibrinogen on hemorrheology in treating group all reduced lower than those in control group. Conclusion Ginkgo - damole has the effect of dilating blood vessels reducing pulmonary hypertension, promoting blood circulation flow, removing stasis and re- ducing blood viscosity , It also suggested that ginkgo -damole associated with Regitin in treating pulmonary heart disease possesses a fine effect of coordination.
