体外尿路碎石后继续治疗疗效分析

目的加强碎后排石，促进结石排净，提高体外震波碎石术（ESWL）疗效，减少高能冲击波对肾脏的损伤；控制泌尿系统感染，减少结石复发及再生。方法随机各取50例输尿管结石碎石后患者，分别作为治疗组与对照组；治疗组碎石后给予加强输液、饮水、运动、中西药物、理疗、外敷、排石机、针灸等综合疗法，对照组继续ESWL治疗。结果碎石后进行2周综合疗法的患者泌尿系结石排净率达98％；上机碎石次数减少30％；而对照组结石排净率为76％；上机冲击次数增加30％；2组治愈率及ESWL治疗次数比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论碎石后继续综合排石治疗可显著提高碎石疗效，促进结石的排出排净及减少肾损伤。

Analysis on the curative effect of continuous therapy for ureteral calculi after ESWL

Objective To explore the curative effect of continuous therapy for ureteral calculi after ESWL. Methods 100 patients with ureteral calculi were randomly divided into two groups：the test group （n = 50 cases） and the control group（ n = 50 cases）. During the treatment of ESWL, 50 cases in the test group were given some comprehensive therapies , such as strengthen the infusion, drinking water, sports, western medicine therapy, and acupuncture, etc, to improve the clinic syndrome,while the another 50 cases in the control group by treatment of ESWL continuously. Results After two weeks of complex therapy of lithagogue, the stone - free rate in the test group was 98%, the times of ESWL decrease 30%. But the stone - free rate in the control group was 76% and the times of ESWL increased 30%. There was a significant difference between the two groups（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Comprehensive treatment can significantly enhance the curative effect after ESWL, reduce the renal injury, and worth to he promoted.
