综合疗法治疗压疮患者49例临床观察

目的 观察红外线治疗仪（TDP）照射、庆大霉素外涂及利福平胶囊药粉外敷综合治疗压疮的疗效。方法选择49例（共60处）体质量相近的Ⅱ-Ⅳ期压疮患者，随机分为治疗组（25例，30处）与对照组（24例，30处）。治疗组采用红外线治疗仪（TDP）照射、庆大霉素外涂及利福平胶囊药粉外敷综合治疗；对照组采用碘酊、氧疗及红外线治疗仪（TDP）照射综合治疗。观察2组压疮愈合时间和治疗效果。结果2组比较压疮愈合时间及治疗效果均无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论红外线治疗仪（TDP）照射、庆大霉素外涂及利福平胶囊药粉外敷综合治疗压疮效果良好、操作简捷、取材方便、性价比高、实用性强，具有临床推广价值。

Clinical analysis of 49 cases of combined therapy in the treatment of pressure sore

Objective To study the clinical mechanism and feasibility of application by observing the effect of the radiation of TDP combined with gentamicin and rifampicin. Methods 49 pressure sore patients between Ⅱ - Ⅳ stages with 60 ulcers were randomly divided into the treatment group with 25 patients（30 ulcers） and the control group with 24 patients（ 30 ulcers）. The time of the henosis,curative effect of the radiation of TDP combined with gentamicin and rifampicin in treatment group and the radiation of TDP combined with iodine and oxygen in control group were observed. Results There was no significant difference between 2 groups （ P 〉 0.05 ） , but the treatment group was appreciated in price and manipulation. Conclusion The radiation of TDP, combined with gentamicin and rifampicin, was a effective,simple,easy,cheap method with high effect/ cost ratio. It is worthy to be popularized.
