彩色多普勒超声在颈动脉粥样硬化斑块诊断中的应用

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在动脉粥样硬化斑块性质的识别及对血管腔狭窄程度判断的应用。方法采用高分辨彩超，对458例颈动脉硬化斑块患者进行检查，观测其回声性质、大小、管腔狭窄程度及彩色多普勒血流频谱参数。结果458例中133例为软斑，68例为硬斑，120例为扁平斑，137例为混合斑。颈总动脉分叉膨大部和颈内动脉起始部为斑块的好发部位，左侧斑块231例，右侧斑块227例。左右两侧发生斑块的差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。检出管腔狭窄44例中，轻度狭窄16例，中度狭窄23例，重度狭窄5例。结论高分辨率彩超能早期发现并准确识别颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的性质、评估血管狭窄的程度，为临床脑血管疾病的早期治疗提供客观依据，降低脑梗死的发病率。
