| 摘 要： | 目的观察步长稳心颗粒治疗心律失常的疗效。方法将160例心律失常患者随机分为治疗组（n=80）与对照组（n=80）。治疗组采用步长稳心颗粒治疗,对照组使用普萘洛尔治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为82.6%高于对照组的77.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论步长稳心颗粒是治疗心律失常的简单有效药物,具有推广价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe curative effect of Buchangwenxin granules on arhythmia. Methods 160 patients with arhythmia were randomly divided into the treatment group （ n = 80） and the control group （ n = 80 ）. The treatment group was treated with Buchangwenxin granules, and the control group with propranolol. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 82.6% higher than 77.0% of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Buchangwenxin granules is safe, simple and effective in the treatment of arhythmia. |
