上消化道出血330例分析

目的探索上消化道出血的病因、发病机理及临床诊断。方法对330例上消化道出血患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果胃溃疡86例，十二指肠溃疡116例，糜烂出血性胃炎43例，食道胃底静脉曲张36例，食管炎8例，食管贲门撕裂综合征22例，吻合溃疡10例，胃癌4例，胆道出血4例，系统性红斑狼疮（ALE）1例。结论消化道出血主要为消化性溃疡。出血的原因主要是胃酸及蛋白酶、胆酸、非甾体消炎药等破坏因素及胃粘膜保护因子平衡紊乱引起。

Analysis on 330 cases of upper gastrointestinal bleeding

Objective To investigate the etiology, pathogeny and clinical diagnosis of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods To anlyze the clinical datas of 330 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding retrospectively. Results Among 330 patients,86 cases suffered from gastric ulcer, 116 cases from duodenal ulcer,43 cases from erosive hemorrhagic gastritis, 36 cases from esophageal varices,8 cases from esophagitis,22 cases from mallord-weiss syndrome, 10 cases from anastomotic ulcer,4 cases from hemobilia,4 cases from gastric cancer and 1 case from （ALE）. Conclusion Gastrointestinal bleeding is caused mainly by peptic ulcer. The main cause is the disturbance of balance in gastric acid, cholic acid, pepsin and gastric mucosa protective factor.
