| 摘 要： | 目的观察血必净注射液对百草枯中毒的疗效。方法39例百草枯中毒的患者随机分为2组：血必净治疗组（观察组）18例和常规治疗组（对照组）21例。观察组在常规治疗的基础上辅以血必净治疗，对2组的效果进行比较。结果观察组经过治疗后，血气分析、生化指标、血氧饱和度及生存时间比较均优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论血必净注射液对治疗百草枯中毒有一定疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the efficacy of Xuebijing injection in the treatment of paraquat poisoning. Methods 39 patients who were poisoned by Paraquat were randomly divided into following 2 treatment groups ： Xuebijing treatment group （ the observation group, n = 18 ） and routine treatment group （ the control group, n = 21 ）. In the observation group, the patients were treated with Xuebijing injection based on the routine treatment, and then the efficacy of 2 groups was compared. Results The blood gas analysis, every biochemical index and arterial oxygen saturation of the observation group are better than the control group obviously （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Xuebijing injection has a better therapeutic effect in the treatment of pa- raquat poisoning. |
