进口和国产氯吡格雷对PCI术后的血小板功能及预后的影响

目的比较进口和国产氯吡格雷对经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术（PCI）术后的血小板功能的影响以及预防支架内血栓形成的疗效。方法将83例PCI的患者随机分为国产氯吡格雷组（40例）和进品氯吡格雷组（43例）。2组患者均于术前3d开始服用氯吡格雷（泰嘉）75mg每天1次和进口氯吡格雷（波立维）75mg每天1次。随访6个月，比较2组间PCI术后的血小板功能的变化以及支架内血栓形成结果。结果进口和国产氯吡格雷对PCI术后的血小板功能的抑制无显著差异；PCI术后6个月内，2组均无支架内血栓形成。结论进口和国产氯吡格雷均有良好的抗血小板作用，能有效的预防术后急性和亚急性的支架内血栓的形成，表明两者药效相似。

Effects of domestic clopidogrel and imported clopidogrel on platelet function and its prognosis after PCI

Objective To compare the effects of domestic clopidogrel（Talcom） and imported clopidogrel（Plavix） on platelet function in patients and the effectiveness of preventing thrombosis in the cartridge. Methods 83 PCI patients were randomly divided into 2 groups ： domestic clopidogrel group （ n = 40,75mg Qd） and imported clopidogrel group （ n = 40,75mg Qd）. Domestic dopidogrel（75mg Qd） and inperted clopidogrel（75mg Qd） were prescribed to all the two groups ever since 3 days before PCI. During follow - up 6 months, the change of platelet function and thrombosis in the cartridge were campared between the two groups after PCI. Results No significant differences of the inhibition on platelet function were observed between domestic and imported clopidogrel after PCI. The two groups did not find thrombosis in the cartridge during 6 months after PCI. Conclusion There are good antiplatelet effects between domestic clopidogrel and imported clopidogrel, they can prevent acute and subacute thrombosis effectively afer PCI, which indicate the efficacy of domestic clopidogrel are similar to those of imported clopidogrel.
