| 摘 要： | 目的调查分析影响护患关系的相关因素,为解决或减少护患纠纷提供相应理论依据。方法随机抽取2008年3～4月的住院患者和护理人员各146例,分成患者组和护士组,应用自制问卷、采用自评方式进行调查分析。结果对护患关系相关知识的认识、对影响护患关系的相关因素认可度调查,2组比较无显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论护患关系的影响因素很多,构建和谐护患关系要靠护患双方共同努力,但护理人员要承担起主要责任。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relevant factors affecting nurse-patients relationship and provide the evidence for reducing the nurse-patient dispute. Methods 146 in-hospital patients and 146 nurses from March to April in 2008 were randomly selected and divided into two groups, which were investigated with self-made questionnaire. Results In the knowledge of the nurse-patients relationship and the relevant factor of this relationship between the two groups, the difference is not obvious（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The factors of the nurse-patients relationship are too much, two sides should make an effort to get harmonious relationship, and the nurse in charge. |
