| 摘 要： | 目的观察岩黄连注射液治疗急性黄疸型肝炎的临床疗效。方法将60例急性黄疸型肝炎患者分为2组，治疗组30例在常规治疗的基础上应用岩黄连注射液，对照组30例在常规治疗的基础上应用茵栀黄注射液，疗程均为1个月，观察2组疗效。结果治疗结束时治疗组临床症状、肝功能指标明显好于对照组，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论岩黄连注射液治疗急性黄疸型肝炎安全，有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of Yanhuanglian injection on acute cholestatic hepatitis. Methods 60 patients with acute cholestatic hepatitis were divided into two groups. 30 cases in the treatment group were treated with Yanhuanglian injection on the basis of the general treatment, and the other 30 patients the control group were treated with Yinzhihuang injection as well as the general treatment. The effects of both groups were observed after one months. Results The clinical symptom and indicies of hepatic functions in treatment group were significantly better than those in control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Yanhuanglian injection is effective and safe in the treatment of acute cholestatic hepatitis. |
