2004-2008年我院中药注射剂利用分析

目的了解该院中药注射剂药物利用情况，为临床合理用药提供科学依据。方法调取该院2004-2008年中药注射剂的年消耗金额和用量，对年消耗金额、用药频度（DDDs）及日均费用进行统计分析。结果我院2004-2008年中药注射剂的消耗金额、用量及品种呈上升趋势，集中分布于抗肿瘤药、理血药、补虚药和清热药四类药，且2007、2008两年理血药增长尤为显著。结论中药注射剂占中成药的销售比例逐年增加，日均费用明显较高，经济效益高于社会效益，应合理使用中药注射剂。

Analysis of Utilization of traditional chinese medicine injections in our hospital during 2004-2008

Objective To analyze the utilization of traditional chinese medicine injections in our hospital, and evaluate the rational use of drugs in clinic. Methods The data of annual consumption and total consumption of traditional chinese medicine injections in our hospital during 2004 - 2008 were calculated, and DDDs and DDC of traditional chinese medicine in- jections were calculated with the pharmacoeconomic method. Results Both the consumption sum,variety and quantity of traditional chinese medicine injections experienced a increasing trend. Of them, including antitumor, treating blood, tonification and heat - clearing drugs took the lead in consumption sum and quantity, especially the treating blood drugs increased rapidly in 2007 and 2008. Conclusion Consumption sum of traditional chinese medicine injections and its proportion in the total of chinese patent medicines increase yearly, daily average cost is higher clearly and economic benefit is higher than social benefit. It must be monitored and supervized, especially in term of adaptation and using traditional chinese medicine injections reasonablely.
