| 摘 要： | 目的建立川渝产山银花中总黄酮和总绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法采用UV法测定总黄酮和总绿原酸。结果总黄酮在0．02—0．08mg／ml范围内具有良好的线性关系（r=0．9998），回收率为98．15％，精密度实验的相对标准偏差（RSD）为0．45％。总绿原酸在0．8—8μg范围内具有良好的线性关系（r=0．9998）。结论该方法操作简便、快速、有效、灵敏、准确，具有良好的重复性和回收率，可作为川银花总黄酮和总绿原酸的含量测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the method for content determination of total flavonoids and total chlorogenic acid in chuan Flos Lonicerae in chuan and yu Flos Lonicerae . Methods The content of total flavonoids and total chlorogenic acid was detected by UV. Results The calibration curve of total flavonoids showed good linearity over the range of 0. 02 - 0. 088mg/ml（r =0.9998）. The average recovery was 98.15% with RSD 0. 45%. The calibration curve of total chlorogenic acid showed good linearity over the range of 0.8 - 8 μg （ r = 0. 9998 ）. Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, efficient, sensitive,accurate and with good repeatability and recovery, it can be used as a quantitative analysis method for this preparation. |
