| 摘 要： | 目的观察灯盏细辛注射液佐治不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法不稳定型心绞痛患者160例随机分为2组，对照组80例，常规给予硝酸类药物扩血管、阿司匹林抗血小板聚积等治疗；治疗组80例，在常规治疗基础上，给予灯盏细辛注射液治疗，疗程均2周。结果治疗组临床疗效、心电图变化均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。2组治疗前后血、尿常规、肝肾功能等各项指标均无异常变化，未发生不良反应。结论灯盏细辛注射液佐治不稳定型心绞痛疗效优于常规治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of Fleabane injection on unstable angina. Methods 160 patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into two groups. 80 cases of the control group were treated by nitroglycerin and aspirin, while another 80 eases of the treatment group were treated with Fleabane injection on the bases of the control group. Serum CK and troponin were observed. Results The clinical effect and improvement of electrocardiogram in treatment group were better than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was obvious difference in serum CK and troponin between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The Fleabane injection combined with routine therapy has a better effect in patients with unstable angina. |
