| 摘 要： | 目的调查医院抗菌药物的应用情况并对其合理性进行分析讨论。方法随机抽取医院2007—2008年度住院病历3500份，对其中使用抗菌药物的病历作统计分析。结果某医院抗菌药物的平均使用率为59．7％，其中使用单一抗菌药物的病历占82．7％，联合用药占17．3％。结论该医院抗菌药物的使用基本合理，但有待进一步规范。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical application of antibacterials in hospitals and further analyze and discuss its rationality. Methods 3 500 cases of patients in the hospital during 2007 - 2008 were randomly sampled and those treated with antibacterials were statistically analyzed. Results Average percentage of antibiotics use in the hospital was 59. 7%, among which single antibiotics cases were 82.7%, compound antibiotics cases were 17.3%. Conclusion The use of antibacterials in hospitals is substantially rational, hut some measures remains to be taken |
