围手术期1200例预防性使用抗菌药物情况调查

目的调查我院围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物的合理性,以提高围手术期合理用药水平。方法随机抽取本院2008年1200例Ⅰ、Ⅱ类切口手术病历,对预防性使用抗菌药物的情况进行回顾性调查,并进行相关的统计分析。结果我院围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物存在如下不合理情况：术前0.5～2h不用药仅术后用、预防用药时间过长、选药不当、无指征联用、无依据更换品种等。结论我院围手术期预防性使用抗菌药物存在一些不合理用药情况,应加强管理。

Surveies of the use of antimicrobials in perioperative period in 1 200 cases

Objective To investigate the reasonable use of antimicrobials in our hospitalduring the perioperative period, and to improve how to use the drugs correctly. Methods 1 200 patients of Ⅰ and Ⅱ type in 2008 was given a retrospective investigation of the use of antimicrobials, and the associated statistical analysis was made. Results There are some unreasonable circumstances in the perioperative period ： non-drug use 0.5 - 2h before operation, long time of medications for prevention, improper drug selection, combination with no indication, replacement of species without basis and so on. Conclusion There are some unreasonable circumstances in the perioperative period, so we should strengthen management.
