复方米非司酮联合米索前列醇终止早孕的效果观察

目的观察复方米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早期妊娠的临床效果。方法121例要求终止妊娠的早孕妇女随机分为观察组（60例）和对照组（61例）,对照组使用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇行药物流产,而观察组使用复方米非司酮配伍米索前列醇行药物流产。比较2组孕囊排出时间、阴道流血时间、完全流产率及药物不良反应。结果观察组的完全流产率（95.0%）高于对照组（88.5%）,失败率（1.7%）低于对照组（4.9%）,但2组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;观察组孕囊排出时间为（3.6±1.3）h,流产出血时间为（11.6±3.5）h,明显短于对照组的（4.2±1.5）h及（16.5±4.6）h（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。2组不良反应的发生率无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论复方米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止早期妊娠安全、有效、方便,并可减少出血量。

Effective observation on termination of early pregnancy by compound mifepristone combined with misoprostol

Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound mifepristone combined with misoprostol on termination of early pregnancy. Methods 121 women of early pregnancy were divided randomly into two groups, observation group taking compound mifepristone combined with misoprostol, while control group taking mifepristone combined with misoprostol. The time of gestational sac discharge, bleeding post - abortion, the complete abortion rate and side effects were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the complete abortion rate in observation group were higher （95.0% vs 88.5% ） , the failure rate were lower （ 1.7% vs 4.9% ）, but there were no obvious difference between two groups（ P 〉 0.05 ）. The time of gestationa] sac discharge in observation group were significantly shorter than control group （ 3.6 ±1.3 ） h vs （ 4.2 ± 1.5 ） h ] （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the time of bleeding post - abortion in observation group were obviously shorter than control group （ 11.6±3.5 ） h vs （16.5 ± 4.6 ）h ] （P 〈 0.01 ）. There were no significant difference in rate of side effects between two groups （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Compound mifepristone combined with misoprostol is effective, safe and convenient on termination of early pregnancy, it can decrease bleeding post-abortion.
