老年人髋部骨折围手术期并发症的防治

目的探讨老年人髋部骨折围手术期并发症的预防和处理方法。方法回顾性分析本院骨科手术治疗176例老年人髋部骨折的临床资料。结果本组术前有81．3％（143／176）患者有内科合并疾病，术后并发症共34例，发生率为19．3％。术前有无合并疾病者发生并发症比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。患者全部康复或好转出院，手术治疗总优良率83．5％。结论老年人髋部骨折患者术前合并疾病较多，应根据患者具体病情，采取有效的预防方法和积极的围手术期处理，可有效降低围手术期并发症的发生率，取得良好的治疗效果。
