| 摘 要： | Runx2基因编码成骨细胞特异性转录因子,调控成骨细胞分化和骨的形成。Runx2基因主要编码两种异构体,Runx2-TypeI和Runx2-TypeII,分别在骨质形成调控中发挥不同的作用。最近发现多条信号转导通路如W nt/LRP5β/-caten in、BMP/Sm ads/DPC4、1,25二-羟维生素D/VDR/VDRE及多种调节蛋白如M sx2、D lx5、Tw ists涉及Runx2的活性或表达的调控。这些研究为药物调控成骨细胞分化和骨质形成及基因治疗骨质疏松症开拓了新的思路。
